Shipping: Entries should be packed in one box if possible. It's also very important to take special care when packing entries to avoid contents breaking and possibly ruining other entries.
Forwarding Fees: Professional forwarding fees are $75 for both Gold and Silver ADDYs. This fee is across the board for campaigns and single entries. Clubs pay for Gold, entrants pay for Silver.
Checks must be included with your entries and manifest and should be made out to Acadiana Advertising Federation.

Entry Qualification: Fowarded entries MUST follow guidelines set forth in the ADDY competition rules and guidelines booklet. All entries not properly submitted will be disqualified.
All entries must:

Be entered in the correct category and be correctly identified

Include a complete and signed entry form

Include payment with manifest

Conform to defined submission requirements

Conform to all copyright laws
